ABOUT THE ROLE:
Traralgon Automotive Group is a substantial and successful, multi-franchise Dealership, located within the friendly Gippsland community - on the high-profile Princes Highway - east of Melbourne.
We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Service Advisor to join us in assisting our valuable Customers with their vehicle servicing and maintenance requirements.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Prior Service Advisor and/or Customer service experience is preferred - but not essential
- Mature, energetic individual with exceptional interpersonal & customer relationship skills
- Thrives on being part of an energetic, cohesive team
- Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office programs
- Immaculate and professional presentation
- Open Driver's Licence
