Monthly Manufacturer Survey Competition - Terms & Conditions (Victoria)
1. Promoter
The promoter is Traralgon Automotive Group, Victoria, Australia ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over who receive an official survey from the manufacturer of the vehicle they have purchased.
Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Method of Entry
Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry into the monthly draw by completing the Manufacturer survey in full during the applicable competition period.
Limit of one (1) entry per person per month, regardless of surveys received or completed.
Entry is free. Entry is conditional upon receipt and completion of a Manufacturer survey in the month it is received.
4. Competition Period
The competition is conducted on a monthly basis.
Entries open on the first day of each calendar month and close at 11:59 pm (AEDT/AEST as applicable) on the last day of that month.
5. Draw Details
One (1) winner will be drawn on the first Tuesday of the following month.
The draw will take place at the Promoter's premises using a random selection method.
6. Prize
The winner may select one (1) of the following prizes:
a. $250 fuel voucher
b. $250 gift card
c. One (1) complete and full vehicle detail to the value of $250
Maximum prize value: $250 (incl. GST).
Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. Winner Notification & Publication
The winner will be notified using the contact details provided in the Manufacturer survey within a reasonable time after the draw.
8. Prize Collection & Conditions
The prize must be collected or booked within one (1) month of the draw date.
If the prize is not collected or booked within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and deal with it in accordance with Victorian law.
Any ancillary costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
9. Unclaimed Prizes
If a prize is unclaimed after one (1) month from the draw date, the Promoter may conduct a redraw or otherwise dispose of the prize in accordance with Victorian law.
10. Permit Requirements (Victoria)
This competition is a trade promotion lottery conducted in Victoria.
No permit is required under the Victorian Gambling Regulation Act 2003, as the total prize value does not exceed the relevant threshold.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by a participant arising from participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the competition and contacting the winner and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
13. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
